Following up on the success of their so far latest album „Morphogenesis“ (Metropolis 2022), Paradox Obscur’s new Album IKONA explores a broad spectrum of influences primarily through digital hardware synthesizers (Wavetable & FM), largely setting aside analog signals. The exception is the analog-tinged anthem „Like a Freak“. Maintaining their signature real-time orchestrations and old-school recording process, this album avoids the typical copy/paste DAW workflow.
